The Background

SearchBridge is building AI-powered technology that helps companies get more out of search by connecting data, insights and automation into a more intelligent search experience.

Like many early-stage startups, the team moved quickly to validate the product and get an initial
version to market. Speed was more important than polish, and the company’s first digital
presence reflected that.

The branding was created with AI tools. The logo, colors, typography and visual identity had no strategy and weren’t conveying the credibility needed to attract investors or enterprise customers.

Similar problems beset the site.

The site was a one page experience within Lovable, with AI generated content, minimal product information and little structure. Visitors weren't quite sure what SearchBridge did, who it was for, or why it was important.

Then a big opportunity came along.

The company had a month before a key grant pitch that could help determine the next phase of the business.

SearchBridge needed more than a nicer looking website.

They needed a brand, a message and a digital presence that would give the investors confidence and told them clearly the value of the product.

The Challenge

The biggest problem was time.

SearchBridge had just four weeks before it would have to present the business to grant committees and potential investors.

The digital presence that had already been established presented several key challenges.

01
The branding was all AI-generated and it lacked the credibility, consistency and strategic positioning of a venture-backed startup.
02
The website was a one page site that gave almost no information about the product, technology,
market opportunity or business vision.
03
The messaging was not aligned with what the customer needed and did not communicate the
value proposition of the platform in a clear and persuasive way.
04
The content structure was created by AI and did not have the depth to educate visitors, investors and future customers.
05
Without a scalable design system, future growth, product launches and additional website
pages would be difficult to support.
06
There was no analytics infrastructure at the company to measure visitor behavior, engagement,
or conversion performance.

Most importantly, the website and brand weren’t the company SearchBridge was trying to become.

With a month to go before a critical funding opportunity, the team had to turn around and do a whole transformation at startup speed.

The Solution

The project was undertaken as an intense four-week sprint to rebuild the public presence of SearchBridge from the ground up.

01
We started the process by helping the SearchBridge team understand how they wanted to position themselves in the market.

From there, a whole new visual identity was developed, including the refinement of the logo, typography, color systems, and supporting design elements that better reflect the company’s ambitions, technology, and target audience.
02
Brand strategy and copywriting were developed in parallel for speed.

We rewrote the entire website around positioning, customer pain points, product value and business outcomes. We replaced generic AI-generated content with strategic messaging designed to resonate with both buyers and investors.
03
The first week was a lot of rapid iteration.

Every day we had feedback sessions to keep the energy up during the project and to keep the
branding, positioning and messaging aligned and to make quick decisions.
04
With the foundation in place, a two-week design sprint brought the new brand and messaging to life in a full web experience.

Each section was aimed at better communicating the product and telling a better story, as well as reaching a level of professionalism that would meet the expectations of grant reviewers and investors.
05
Development, last week.

The website was rebuilt and launched in Webflow as a 6 page experience built for scalability, maintainability and future growth.
06
During development, analytics systems were implemented because SearchBridge had no performance tracking in place.

The new setup provided them visibility into key metrics like visitor duration, bounce rates, user behavior, conversion performance and others needed to make future growth decisions.
07
The project didn't end when it launched.

The SearchBridge team was provided with a two-week live training sessions and comprehensive documentation to be able to confidently manage, update and scale the platform independently.

The result was not just a new website, but an operational system designed to support future growth.

The Result

Within four weeks, SearchBridge transformed from an AI-generated MVP presence into an investor-ready digital brand.

01
The original branding made by AI was replaced by a full visual identity, which gave the company a more professional and credible position in the market.
02
The website evolved from a one-page MVP to a well-structured six-page experience that can
really communicate the product, vision, and value proposition.
03
Strategic copy has turned the website into a sales and marketing asset that educates visitors and supports investor conversations.
04
Built a scalable Webflow foundation so that any future content, pages and features can be added without rebuilding the site.
05
For the first time, SearchBridge had access to user activity and performance data from analytics systems.
06
After launch, the team got the knowledge and documentation to manage and grow the platform confidently.
07
Most importantly, the new brand, messaging and website helped SearchBridge successfully secure grant funding and move to the next stage of startup growth.

The Achievement

Turned an AI-generated MVP presence into a professional, investor-ready brand in four weeks flat.
The company went from a one-page website with limited information to a complete digital experience that could communicate its vision, product, and market opportunity.
Integrated strategic copywriting messaging with customer needs and investor expectations.
Built a scalable Webflow architecture with a foundation to support future launches, new pages and continued growth.
First time analytics infrastructure provided the team visibility into user behavior and performance.
Training and documentation helped the SearchBridge team to manage and scale the platform
on their own after launch.
Most importantly, the project met its main objective of helping SearchBridge obtain grant funding and moving to the next stage of the company’s growth.
A four-week sprint provided the foundation for SearchBridge to grow, raise money and expand into new markets in the future.
